(2012). 137.95. The 8" stones are fine, and I think if I use the longer stones more I will have to get used to making a longer stroke when sharpening because otherwise it is a waste. To be fair though, I do use it much harder than any other stone. Just use the brush to work the Krud Kutter down into the nooks and crannies of the stone. In this case, I rather recommend a DMT diamond stone set instead, with at least two grit levels included. For those that use stones on a daily basis and maintain them properly, the diamond will likely last years. Coarse - Quickly restores a dull edge to cutting sharp again. This extra fine DMT sharpening stone is a good buy for those craftsmen who only practice honing and on a regular basis.
